    Mascot Packages   

What does the mascot package include?

      -          a Chelmsford city replica kit to keep

-          an autographed matchday programme

-          photograph in the matchday programme

-          guided tour of the Melbourne Park facility

-          lead the team out of the tunnel

-          warm up with the players before kick off (subject to circumstances)

-          meet the referee and the opposing captain

-          admission for the mascot and two match tickets for the parents/guardians

 What does it cost?

 The package costs £60 plus VAT (total cost £70.50

Payment

 Cheques should be payable to "Chelmsford City FC

" and sent to the club (marked mascot package) at

As soon as the booking has been confirmed

 What we need from you

      -          Mascot name

-          Mascots age

-          Mascots school

-          Mascots favourite city player

-          Macots favourite other team

-          A contact telephone number in case we need to contact you on the day or beforehand

  For the Matchday Programme

 We also need a photo of the mascot for the programme, which can either be handed in at least two weeks before the match either at a game or by post to the payment address above, or e-mailed to the club in jpeg format (to @chelmsfordcityfc.com) a week before the game.

Kit

 The full kit will be provided on the day. However, you must ensure that the mascot has suitable footwear (e.g football boots or trainers)

What happens on the day

 Can you please arrive at the ground at 1.30pm for 3pm kick offs (6.15pm for 7.45pm kick offs) and go to the "officials turnstile. They will have the mascots name (plus two other admissions) at the turnstile and you will be granted entry.Please then go to the club reception / shop area, please ask the shop to call tbd, who will arrange for our "mascot minder" to take the mascot on the guided tour of the facility. The minder will also introduce the mascot to the players for autographs and take him or her through the pre-match routine, ready for running out with the players just before the game.
